Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer to develop, implement and monitor Advocate's marketing strategies through various digital channels that will enhance our agent recruitment efforts, agent experience, and our branding/advertising. This role requires a blend of expertise in digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including email, social media, SEO, and innovative digital channels. Support and training specific to the industry will be robustly provided. A background in digital is what we are seeking.
Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage potential and existing agents, track performance, and optimize based on metrics.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow AF’s presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and additional channels as needed.
- Content Marketing: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, webinar marketing, filming and news).
- Agent Recruitment and Retention: Develop and execute digital campaigns aimed at recruiting new insurance agents and retaining existing ones. Utilize analytics to identify effective recruitment channels and optimize strategies.
- Training Development: Create and manage digital training content for agents, ensuring materials are up-to-date, engaging, and accessible via multiple digital platforms.
- SEO & Webpage: Optimize content and websites for search engines to improve visibility and attract quality leads. Monitor SEO performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Text Message Marketing: Develop SMS marketing strategies to reach agents with timely updates and opportunities.
- Innovate: Explore and integrate new digital marketing technologies and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends and reach a broader audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts, report on results, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Client Experience and Branding: Optimize customer experience/engagement, as measured via client survey’s and Net Promotor Score, and ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fiel
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and engage digital audiences.
- Creative, proactive, autonomous self driven thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and problem-solve effectively.
